O Marco civil é importante para que tenhamos uma neutralidade na rede, isso é de extrema importância, mas a lei tem que ser aprovada em sua clausula original e não na clausula que só beneficia o governo ( impostos ) e as empresas de internet pelas tarifas. Já oferecem um serviço ruim e de alto custo, agora querem enfiar mais a faca.
The civil Marco is important for us to have a net neutrality, it is of utmost importance, but the law has to be passed in its original clause and the clause not only benefits the government (taxes) and internet businesses by tariffs. Now offer a bad service and high cost, now they want to stick the knife more.
